Kirschbaum's has been a family favorite of ours for generations! For my 30th birthday my cousin (still living in the area) flew out with a Kirschbaum's cake on her lap so I wouldn't miss out. They're wonderful people with a wonderful product. I wish I still loved close enough to enjoy it more often!

THE OWNERS OF KIRSHBAUMS ARE THIRD GENERATION. THEY WORK EVERY DAY ALONG SIDE THEIR EMPLOYEES TO INSURE THE KIRSCHBAUM QUALITY IS KEPT UP. AS FAR AS MONEY GRUBBING. THEY ARE GENEROUS TO A FAULT, TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH THE RESPECT AND DIGNITY THAT ANY EMPLOYEE WOULD WISH FOR. AND I SHOULD KNOW, I AM MARRIED TO A LONGTIME KIRSHBAUM EMPLOYEE

They claim to be a "family" bakery. However, truth be told, they are mony grubbing people with lots of "rats" in their closet.
