Conducted in a real working environment situated above the main restaurant kitchen, children may, on occasion, help prepare dishes. Above all, they learn to cook: making bread, pasta and pastry dishes from raw ingredients, learning how to handle vegetables, fish, meat, dairy products as well as making soups, pies, salads and of course puddings.
