Authentic Ethnic Cooking School is the only cooking school in the UK solely devoted to ethnic food. The classes are small, very hands-on. We discuss the history of the cuisine, the culture of the various regions and any modern day influences. The chef will run through the unique ingredients that make each cuisine distinct, then everyone starts cooking, we use only the freshest ingredients and stick to seasonal recipes. Everyone then sits down to eat, with appropriate wine, beer etc..We can also combine any class with a wine education session.
