We offer 4-week certificate cookery courses and 1-week Chalet Chef courses. Both are intense, practical courses. The certificate course is ideal for students working to learn how to cater for small groups (e.g. super yacht, premier ski chalets). Courses are non-residential though accommodation may be available at Glenbervie home or locally.
