The Gourmet Challenge Ltd provides corporate people development programmes through cooking. Our primary service is teambuilding - The combination of the kitchen environment and cooking together as a team provides much opportunity for learning about individual and team dynamics upon which improvements in team effectiveness can be made.

Our programmes are co-facilitated by development trainers and chefs, combining best-of-breed training diagnostics with the latest gourmet trends and ingredients.

We have facilities all over the UK, from town to country to meet your needs.

The Gourmet Challenge events are either training programmes (with facilitation by professional development trainers) or team spirit programmes (chef led, without professional development trainers). Both programmes have in common the enjoyable hands-on group planning and cooking sessions and culminate with the group eating the gourmet meal they have worked so hard to prepare.
