Why go to a strip club when your mom will do it for free! But I agree these kind of supplements are usslees stick to whey and multis if your just starting out then advance to whey multi and creatine and eventually use pre workouts . These things are just usslees Pumps haha what a joke I get them just eating food and lifting if you want a pump and muscle use waxymaize with BCAA, Creatine and whey pre or intra or both.
